Sunset Park

Sunset Park is a charming neighborhood park located in Madison, Wisconsin. This 1.5-acre mini park offers a variety of recreational opportunities for local residents. The park is open daily from 4:00 AM to 10:00 PM, providing ample time for visitors to enjoy its amenities.

One of the park's notable features is its ice rink, which is maintained entirely by volunteers through the Adopt Ice Partnership program agreement. This NiceRink® facility includes one street light, allowing for evening skating during the winter months. The above-ground, framed liner design of the rink enables water to freeze quicker and stay frozen longer, extending the skating season for community enjoyment.

Sunset Park also boasts a basketball court, adding to its recreational appeal. The asphalt court features a half-court setup, providing a space for casual games and practice. While not lighted, the court offers a convenient spot for basketball enthusiasts in the neighborhood.
