Westmorland Park

Westmorland Park is an 11.69-acre neighborhood park located on Madison's near west side at 4114 Tokay Blvd. The park serves as a central gathering place for the Westmorland community, offering a variety of recreational facilities and green spaces.

The park features a large open field area suitable for various activities and sports. A notable feature is the rock garden, which adds visual interest and natural beauty to the landscape. For sports enthusiasts, the park provides several options including a basketball court, tennis courts that double as pickleball courts, a sand volleyball court, and a softball field.

Families with children can enjoy the large playground area, which offers play equipment for different age groups. During the winter months, ice skating is available thanks to the efforts of local volunteers and the city's Adopt Ice program.

One of the park's key features is its reservable shelter, which is available from April through October. The shelter includes a working fireplace, making it a popular spot for community gatherings and events. The park also plays host to various community activities throughout the year, including summer recreation programs for children and the neighborhood's annual Fourth of July celebration.
