About Dretzka Park in Milwaukee
Dretzka Park is a 327-acre public park located on the north side of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The park was named after Jerome C. Dretzka, a Polish immigrant who served on the Milwaukee County Park System Commission for 43 years.
The park features a diverse landscape with tree-lined areas and varying elevation changes, providing a scenic environment for visitors. One of the park's main attractions is its 18-hole golf course, which spans 210 acres of the park's total area. The golf course offers tree-lined fairways, large inviting greens, and water hazards that cross 12 of the 18 holes, presenting a challenge for golfers of all skill levels.
In addition to the golf course, Dretzka Park boasts a 27-hole disc golf course, adding another recreational option for visitors.
