Harper Park is a small community park located in Costa Mesa, California. The park commemorates Gregory Harper, who founded the town of Harper (predecessor to Costa Mesa) in 1891.
Spanning approximately 1 acre, Harper Park provides an open green space for local residents. The park features a playground area for children as well as grassy fields suitable for casual recreation and relaxation.
Adjacent to the park are additional fields that belong to the Newport-Mesa Unified School District. While these fields are used by students during school hours, the public can access them after 4 pm on weekdays and on weekends for recreation.
