Stoner Recreation Center

Stoner Park is an 8.65-acre public park located in West Los Angeles, California. Established in 1926, the park has been serving the local community for nearly a century. It is situated in a quiet, friendly neighborhood and offers a wide range of recreational facilities and activities for visitors of all ages.

The park features a large play area with a sand surface suitable for children aged 2 and up. One of its main attractions is the Stoner Park Pool, an aquatic playground that includes wading pools, fountains, and a water slide. The pool offers swimming classes and a junior lifeguard program, making it a popular spot during the summer months.

For skateboarding enthusiasts, the park boasts the Stoner Park Skate Plaza, which opened in 2010 and was designed by California Skateparks. Sports facilities include tennis courts, basketball courts, baseball fields, and areas for soccer and football. The park also houses the Stoner Recreation Center, which provides various programs and activities for the community.

A unique feature of Stoner Park is its Japanese Garden, designed and planted by the local Japanese community.
