About Eddie Park in Pasadena

Eddie Park is a small 0.75-acre park located on the southeast corner of Chelten Way and Edgewood Drive in South Pasadena, California. The park includes the historic Eddie House, which was donated to the city by the Eddie family along with the surrounding land.

The Eddie House is a two-story, 2,200 square foot building that exemplifies Transitional Craftsman architecture. Only the first floor of the house is utilized as a meeting place for various community groups and programs, including Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts.

The park grounds feature an open lawn area and a small play area for children. A three-foot high brick wall frames the perimeter of the park, adding to its charm and character. While compact in size, Eddie Park provides a pleasant green space for local residents to enjoy outdoor activities and gatherings.

It's worth noting that reservations for the park and its accompanying green space are not available, as it operates on a first-come, first-served basis for public use.
