Central Park

Central Park at the Farm is an 80-acre community park located in Aurora, Colorado. The park features a variety of recreational facilities and open spaces for visitors to enjoy.

At the heart of the park is a large playground with unique elements, including a giant rope climbing structure that provides an exciting challenge for older children. For younger visitors, there is a dedicated section with smaller obstacles and a merry-go-round. The playground area is partially shaded by tents, offering some protection from the sun.

The park's surface is primarily wood chips, with a small section of rubber surfacing to improve accessibility. This rubberized area includes an accessible merry-go-round and disc-shaped swing. Throughout the park, there are multiple swings, including traditional belt swings, baby swings, a chair swing, and a disc swing.

For sports enthusiasts, Central Park at the Farm offers a range of facilities. There are tennis courts, pickleball courts, a full basketball court, and a baseball field. A large grassy area provides space for activities like frisbee or kite flying. The park also features a Gaga Ball court for those interested in this increasingly popular game.

Visitors looking for a more relaxed experience can make use of the park's jogging and biking paths. There is also a covered pavilion with picnic tables, making it an ideal spot for gatherings or a family picnic. For added convenience, the park includes a single-stall bathroom facility with a sink and changing table.

Central Park at the Farm is open daily from 5 a.m. to 11 p.m., providing ample opportunity for community members to enjoy its diverse amenities throughout the day.
