Robbins Preserve is a 160-acre passive neighborhood park located in Davie, Florida. The preserve offers visitors a vast open space to enjoy nature and outdoor activities. It features equestrian trails that wind through the property, allowing horseback riders to explore the natural surroundings.
The park includes several small gazebos, each equipped with a 6-foot by 5-foot table, available on a first-come, first-served basis. These gazebos provide shaded areas for picnics or relaxation. A play area with equipment is also available for children to enjoy.
Robbins Preserve is known for its tranquil atmosphere and provides a glimpse of "Old Florida" with its natural landscape. The park is home to various wildlife and plant species, making it an ideal spot for nature enthusiasts and bird watchers.
The preserve also features rental facilities, including an indoor lodge suitable for meetings and functions, with a capacity of 80 people for banquet-style events or 110 for auditorium-style seating. Adjacent to the lodge is an open patio area that can be rented for events such as meetings and weddings.
For equestrian enthusiasts, the park offers an Equestrian Center with facilities such as wash racks, a mounting block, and a horse trailer parking area. The preserve maintains a policy of no music allowed at any of the passive park shelters to preserve the peaceful environment.
Robbins Preserve is open daily from 9 a.m. until sunset, providing ample time for visitors to enjoy its natural beauty and amenities throughout the day.
