River to Sea Preserve is a 90-acre coastal sanctuary located in Palm Coast, Florida, straddling both sides of Highway A1A near Marineland. This unique preserve spans from the Atlantic Ocean to the Matanzas River (part of the Intracoastal Waterway), encompassing a diverse range of ecosystems.

The preserve protects a rapidly disappearing maritime scrub environment, offering visitors a glimpse into Florida's natural coastal habitats. On the eastern side, facing the Atlantic, visitors can access the beach via a boardwalk that provides scenic ocean views. The western portion features walking trails that wind through oak scrub and hardwood hammock, leading to overlooks on the Matanzas River.

River to Sea Preserve serves as an important ecological education site, providing opportunities for visitors to learn about coastal ecosystems. The area is part of the Great Florida Birding and Wildlife Trail, making it an excellent spot for birdwatching and wildlife viewing.
