This 1.6-acre park was developed through a collaboration between the City of Wichita, the North Chisholm Neighborhood Association, and Friends of Pat Garcia. One of the park's most notable features is the state-of-the-art outdoor Fitness Court, designed through a partnership among the National Fitness Campaign, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Kansas, and Wichita Park and Recreation. This facility includes seven exercise stations that allow users to perform bodyweight-based workouts, accommodating people aged 14 and up and all fitness levels. The Fitness Court App enhances the experience by offering guided workout routines. Opened on May 10, 2024, it represents the park's commitment to fostering physical health in the community while creating a shared space that symbolizes honor and unity.
