Kevin W. Fitzgerald Park

Kevin W. Fitzgerald Park, formerly known as Puddingstone Park, is a 5.5-acre urban park located in the Mission Hill neighborhood of Boston, Massachusetts. The park is built on the site of a former Puddingstone quarry and was developed as part of the redevelopment of the "ledge site." Positioned near Brigham Circle, it is easily accessible via a stairway from a nearby parking lot, with a winding pathway leading visitors to the top of the park. The elevated location offers stunning panoramic views of the Boston skyline.

Renamed in 2006 to honor Kevin W. Fitzgerald, a state representative and community advocate, the park exemplifies his dedication to the Mission Hill community. In addition to its historical significance, the park plays an important environmental and educational role as it has been accredited as a Level I Arboretum by the ArbNet Accreditation Program. The arboretum status highlights the park's commitment to promoting biodiversity through its diverse plantings and sustainable practices.
