Millbrook Exchange Park is a 69.5-acre public park located in Raleigh, North Carolina. Established in 1971, this versatile recreational area offers a wide range of facilities and activities for visitors of all ages.
The park features both indoor and outdoor amenities. At its center is the Millbrook Exchange Community Center, which houses a gymnasium and classrooms used for various programs and activities. The center offers classes and programs for all ages, including preschool sports, dog obedience training, group fitness sessions, Spanish language courses, and weekday programs for homeschooled students.
One of the park's key attractions is its aquatic facility. The indoor 25-yard lap pool, which ranges from 3 feet 6 inches to 5 feet 6 inches in depth, is covered by a fabric tension structure and operates year-round. During the summer months, visitors can also enjoy an outdoor wading pool that is 10 to 18 inches deep.
