The park sits on gently rolling terrain, providing a pleasant natural setting within an urban environment.
Originally gifted by developers J.S. Foster & Sons, Kellis Park has evolved over the years to include various amenities and facilities. Visitors are expected to follow Fort Worth park ordinances, which include rules against littering, harming plants or animals, and defacing public property.
