12th West and West Howe Park

12th West & West Howe Park is a small neighborhood park located in the Queen Anne area of Seattle, Washington. The park was established in 1983 and covers an area of approximately 0.3 acres.

Situated on a steep slope within designated Environmental Critical Areas, including Wildlife Habitat, the park is part of the SW Queen Anne Greenbelt. Its primary feature is a paved pathway that provides access to a staircase through the greenbelt, connecting the neighborhood to 13th Avenue West.
