Bowman Park

Duane F. Bowman Park is a public recreational area located on Fish Hatchery Road in Madison, Wisconsin. The park features multiple sports facilities, primarily focused on baseball and softball. It contains three softball/youth ball diamonds and one baseball diamond, providing ample space for both organized leagues and casual play.

The park serves as a venue for youth and adult league play, with its baseball diamonds being programmed for various events throughout the season. Visitors can enjoy watching games or participating in recreational sports activities.

Duane F. Bowman Park is situated on the west side of Madison, approximately 2 miles from the Capitol Square. Its location makes it easily accessible for residents and visitors alike. The park also includes basic amenities to support its primary function as a sports facility.

In 2022, plans were made to enhance the park's offerings with the addition of a batting cage. This project included the construction of a concrete slab and the installation of the cage, further improving the park's facilities for baseball and softball enthusiasts.
