Coral Villas Park

Coral Villas Park is a neighborhood park located in Miami, Florida. Opened in 2013, this relatively new park offers a variety of recreational facilities for local residents. The park's centerpiece is a 3,800-square-foot playground designed for children ages 2-12, featuring popular EvosⓇ play system equipment.

The playground includes overhead ladders, steppers, slides, gliders, swings, and a Dino Climber. To enhance safety and comfort, the play area is equipped with two shade structures and an artificial turf surface that provides ADA accessibility. The park's design incorporates fencing, paved walkways, ground landscaping, and shade trees to create a welcoming environment for visitors.

Coral Villas Park's development also focused on environmental considerations. The perimeter of the park has been densely planted with native shrubs, specifically Stoppers and Buttonwoods, which require minimal care and water. These shrubs serve multiple purposes, providing privacy for neighboring properties and food for local birds and butterflies. Additionally, Native Tamarind and Oak trees have been planted to complement existing mature Oaks, creating shaded areas for community enjoyment.
