The park features Raleigh's only outdoor skate park, which provides street, flow, and bowl elements for skateboarding enthusiasts. Safety gear such as helmets, elbow pads, and knee pads are required for use, and participants must sign a waiver before skating.
Adjacent to the skate park is a large inline hockey rink measuring 185 feet by 85 feet. The rink utilizes a Plexiflor in-line skating surfacing system and is equipped with two hockey goals. This facility is available for rent, offering opportunities for organized games and practice sessions.
