Seger Park is a 1.9-acre public green space located in the heart of Center City Philadelphia, spanning the city block between Lombard and Rodman Streets from 10th to 11th Street. Situated in the Washington Square West neighborhood, the park serves as a popular recreational area for local residents and visitors alike.
The park features a diverse range of facilities catering to various age groups and interests. For children, there is a dedicated tot lot with bucket swings, slides, and a crawling tunnel designed for those under six years old. A separate playground area with equipment and swings is available for children aged 5-12. Both play areas are set on artificial turf for safety and maintenance purposes.

The park also includes sports facilities, with one full basketball court and two half-courts, all equipped with overhead lighting for evening use.
