Benny Craig Park

Benny Craig Park is a 22-acre green space located in the southwestern part of Little Rock, Arkansas. The park occupies low-lying land adjacent to one of the principal branches of Fourche Creek, providing a natural setting within the urban environment.

The park's location along Fourche Creek offers opportunities for wildlife observation and outdoor recreation. Visitors may encounter various bird species, including Brown-headed Nuthatches in the pine trees, as well as Red-breasted Nuthatches and Rusty Blackbirds during winter months. The park's brushy borders provide habitat for sparrows, while Winter Wrens can be heard singing from the bottomlands on the east side.
